I highly recommend working with Caroline and CVW. At the time, we were living in New York and moving to Stockholm while planning our wedding in France. And while I wouldn't recommend planning an international move at the same time as a wedding in a third location, those were the circumstances that we were handed, and Caroline got us through it with such grace and ease. In fact, I don't think I would have survived, much less had a truly enjoyable time, had it not been for Caroline. She helped us handle all the details, from big to small. Her vast experience was very useful because she thought of things that had never even occurred to us and did a lot of "preventative" work. My husband and I had a truly great experience and 7 months later, we're still getting compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the wedding. Some of the details that touched us included that she helped us find a dance teacher at the last minute to help us get our first dance to actually resemble a dance. And between the ceremony and the reception, my husband and I wanted 15 minutes to ourselves to enjoy our first few moments as a married couple together. So Caroline prepared a secluded room for us (which we were expecting) with a selection from the buffet, a bottle of champagne and some towelettes (which we weren't expecting)... which turned out to be almost the only time we got to eat during the reception. ;-)  Something tells me that she knows that couples often don't get to enjoy the food at their own wedding and she wanted to make sure that we had an opportunity to eat some of what we spent months considering.

The one thing that went wrong was that the night before the wedding, we had planned a wine and cheese event and apparently the caterers had forgotten to load the cheese into the truck. So we almost had a wine and cheese reception with out cheese! But Caroline found out that the hotel manager's best friend owns a cheese shop, talked him into staying open a little longer and drove over there and picked up some (exquisite) cheese boards and brought them to the reception. But, I didn't know any of this had happened until after the wedding. The wine and cheese event from my and the guests' point of view ran perfectly smoothly.

We were also thrilled with all the service providers that she suggested. Particularly the photographer. We got great photos of every single one of our guests and were able to send them a portrait of themselves with our thank you notes. I highly recommend working with Caroline and CVW.
